Cedron Creek Boat Ramp is located at mid-lake just west of the Katy Bridge. From Whitney, go north on FM 933; turn west on FM 1713, cross bridge, and go 1/4 mile to park entrance on left. It offers a two-lane ramp with a courtesy dock. There's a parking area for vehicles and a restroom. A fee is required. This is open from April - September.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Mar. 26)

GOOD. Water normal stain; 59 degrees; 0.12 feet above pool. Fishing patterns continue to hold. Striped bass are good with live bait in 25-30 feet of water. Catfish are good using cut bait in shallow water. Crappie are beginning to move up the rivers in shallow water in preparation for spawning. White bass are fair on slabs in 20-30 feet of water.
